    Better than the Coles at central West. The packing staff very entitled and unaware that the customer pays the bills. Apparently they have right of way

    Good place to shop you alcan find varieties of proiduct and its huge store. You can also biy flat breat its really yummm....need to wait for 10min coz only one register was open.

    I have disabilities.yesterday I ordered online .paid and received email saying Monday latest 6.30 I will receive my groceries.i was at hospital all day.came home waiting no delivery.trued calling store no one picked the phone.call customer service to find out where my order they hang up on my face.waited 10pm 11pm 11.30 pm on phone sns. Finally I had an sms sorry for inconvenience mechanical problem.can not deliver.i have cancer.i need desperately my groceries.i stayed up and hungry.Then I told them Tuesday I will be in hospital again so I don't except this delivery .Ask to cancell and deposit my money back.they say few days I have to wait to receive my refund.i ama pensioner and when I placed the order they took moneystraith away.i haven't got extra money to do shopping again.i have to suffer more waiting for my refund to go and do my shopping.I always shop from Coles.But recently I am not fit to go and do my shopping that's why I did order online.Such a stress.Dissapointment.Very bad service.luck of customer service.I call this Rubbish.I will never tryst them .very sad.upset and been treated very badly.i am so dissapointed

    ☆ By far, my favourite supermarket to shop at in the area.

    ☆ Plenty of parking – however, be wary because many precariously leave their trolleys on the side of the road.

    ☆ Always fully stocked with the products I need; spaced out nicely; well furnished.

    ☆ Only negative is that staff take up all the space in the aisles when fulfilling online orders.
